Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs, risks, and diagnosis, using structured interviewing techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, providing a safe space for clients to discuss their challenges and share experiences with one another.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, referring clients to psychiatrists or additional resources as appropriate.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients facing mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under pressure.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources available for further support.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in professional development activities and stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and life experiences. Your role will involve tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on their specific goals and challenges in overcoming mental health issues. Many of our clients experience high levels of stress and may require additional support in navigating their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
