Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that promote their wellness journey.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health issues, including common conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers, including psychologists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and guarantee patient needs are met.

• Stay updated with advancements in mental health practices through ongoing education and training, including workshops and seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of a diverse range of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, each with their own unique backgrounds and stories. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with adolescents, adults, and families, providing care that is culturally competent and tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Holding an active license or certification in your respective state (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of direct counseling experience, particularly with individuals facing various emotional challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate building rapport and trust quickly with clients.
