Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health issues and client concerns.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment and discharge plans for clients on your caseload, assessing their progress and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and strategies needed to navigate their mental health journeys.

• Coordinate with external service providers and family members to ensure holistic treatment approaches tailored to each client's needs.

• Ensure and maintain compliance with all licensing standards and documentation requirements, focusing on accuracy and completeness within client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with diverse clients across various age groups and backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. This includes individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more complex psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in telehealth environments, familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR), and any additional specialty certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care or child and adolescent therapy are advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
