Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health situations, employing standardized tools and personal interviews to define their needs accurately.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the specific requirements of each session.
• Collaborate closely with clients to teach them practical coping strategies, equipping them with the skills necessary to manage their symptoms and build resilience.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings, clinical supervision, and peer reviews to enhance your skills and share best practices within our multidisciplinary team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With an emphasis on cultural competence, you will engage and support clients from various backgrounds, honoring their individual experiences and promoting inclusivity.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with clients and establish trust.
• A strong commitment to maintaining cultural competency and sensitivity in client interactions.
• A dedication to ongoing education and professional development within the mental health field.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in counseling or psychotherapeutic roles, particularly through telehealth platforms, is preferred.
• Experience in providing therapy for individuals dealing with a range of issues from mild adjustments to severe mental health disorders.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a track record of successful application in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
