Elite Physical Therapy & Stability Clinic is actively seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Dulles, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients, assessing their functional limitations and disabilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and continue to adjust plans as needed based on patient progress and changing health conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge paperwork, ensuring all documentation reflects a clear narrative of the patient's journey.
• Regularly consult with other members of the healthcare team—including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists—to discuss patient needs and treatment modifications.
• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at improving patient access to physical therapy services, including understanding and addressing any barriers to care.
• Provide guidance during patient education sessions, explaining treatment protocols and goals to empower patients in their rehabilitation journey.
• Stay current with industry practices by participating in continuing education and training, adhering to relevant state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will work primarily with an outpatient population seeking assistance for a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our clinic serves individuals of all ages, and you will have the opportunity to utilize personalized care strategies to support diverse recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with experience in specific orthopedic conditions, as well as advanced certifications in myofascial release, sports therapy, or manual therapy, are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and outcome measurement tools will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including:
