Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a variety of impactful responsibilities:

• Respond to crises effectively, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress, evaluating risk levels, and formulating safety plans.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, enhancing their understanding of coping strategies and available community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain record-keeping protocols with meticulous attention to detail, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines throughout your practice, ensuring informed consent and confidentiality are consistently prioritized.

Qualifications\n

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
