Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services tailored to diverse mental health conditions, ensuring that each session addresses specific client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering relevant information to develop customized and actionable treatment plans that promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to guide patient treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients in immediate need of assistance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care and better patient outcomes.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, helping to connect them with essential community resources and support services that may enhance their treatment and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

• Must possess a current and active Washington state Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
