Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Maintain clear and precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and organizational policies to uphold confidentiality and protect patient rights.
