Although most sessions will occur during standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, there may be occasional evening or weekend appointments necessary based on client availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and creating personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused approaches.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities tailored to individual needs.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold confidentiality and integrity in patient records.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to remain aligned on treatment strategies and patient care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for additional assistance.

• Staying informed on the latest advances in psychotherapeutic techniques and mental health research to enhance clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population spanning various demographics, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in empowering clients to navigate their personal journeys toward mental health recovery and emotional resilience, tailoring interventions to accommodate their unique backgrounds and life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
