Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain deep insights into clients' mental health issues, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The remote nature of our services allows us to extend support to underserved populations that may encounter barriers in accessing traditional in-person counseling. Counselors will utilize a client-centered approach, prioritizing individual needs and experiences to foster a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Must possess a valid and active licensure as either a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Experience with independent practice and decision-making without direct supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
