Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on perinatal mental health.

• Facilitate virtual counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to foster collaborative approaches to client care and to stay updated with best practices in mental health.

• Engage with clients' support systems by conducting individual meetings with family members and significant others, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Assist with navigating social service needs, collaborating with local agencies and civic organizations in a consumer advocacy role to provide comprehensive support.

• Generate intake referrals by establishing relationships with potential referral sources, including inpatient facilities and community-based programs.

• Work closely with volunteers, interns, and other staff members to plan and promote activities that meet the individual needs of each consumer, enhancing overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing perinatal mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders related to pregnancy and postpartum experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A clean history with no Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting, particularly with a focus on perinatal mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
