Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patient histories, perform specific assessments, and formulate targeted treatment recommendations, ensuring comprehensive documentation of results.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in goal-setting discussions.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols that are responsive to each patient's unique needs and the evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, documenting any changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate modifications in the treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a high school diploma or GED in line with recognized standards.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through the American Heart Association.
• No prior work experience is required; we welcome new graduates eager to make a difference!

Preferred Experience
