Work Environment\nThis full-time position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing you to engage with students from a distance while still providing essential mental health services. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekend responsibilities to meet the evolving needs of our school community. You will be part of a collaborative team that values flexibility and responsiveness in addressing urgent mental health situations, making on-call availability an essential part of your role.
