Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs, including crisis intervention strategies and ongoing support methods.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic interventions, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure best practices are employed in client care.

• Lead the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in collaboration with school staff and family members to enhance student outcomes.

• Act as a vital liaison between students, their families, and community resources, facilitating access to external services as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with students confronting mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing these issues, providing guidance and support to help students build resilience and develop optimal coping strategies. You will also collaborate with educators and families to create a supportive environment conducive to emotional and academic success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• You must possess a current state license in good standing endorsed by the State License Board.
