This position is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own space while focusing primarily on our school-based clients in Bakersfield, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, including measurable goals and interventions.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to create and refine client-centered care strategies that enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with both ethical and legal standards, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psycho-education classes, and support groups designed to empower clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
