Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children’s developmental needs and challenges.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and educational staff.

• Monitor outcomes and progress as part of a professional team, adjusting strategies based on data and family feedback.

• Deliver evidence-based support techniques and coaching to families, utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance child development.

• Develop strong rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting and motivating atmosphere for the learning and development process.

• Provide guidance and resources to families, enhancing their skills and confidence in fostering their child’s growth.

• Utilize tools and methodologies tailored to meet diverse learning styles, ensuring that each child's treatment plan is effectively personalized.

• Adhere to federal and state regulations while maintaining the health and safety of all clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role centers on the youngest population, specifically infants and toddlers exhibiting disabilities or delays. You will engage with children and their families, addressing critical developmental milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Understanding family dynamics and cultural backgrounds will be essential in delivering tailored support and intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
