Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments of children to identify their specific needs, strengths, and areas for support.

• Actively participating in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) to tailor interventions according to family dynamics and child requirements.
\n
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare professionals, to track progress and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
\n
• Providing families with personalized guidance and support to enhance child development, focusing on practical insights and adaptive strategies.
\n
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services and maintaining compliance through thorough documentation.
\n
• Fostering trusting relationships with children and their families, creating a nurturing and conducive learning environment.
\n
• Designing evidenced-based treatment strategies that incorporate Natural Learning Environment Principles to promote effective learning experiences.
\n
• Implementing the coaching model to empower families in the development process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. This vulnerable population requires specialized attention and tailored interventions to address various physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. As an LCSW, you will advocate for these children and work collaboratively with families to navigate the complexities of available services, ensuring they receive the support essential for their growth.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel when necessary.

• At least one year of relevant experience working in early intervention services with children.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual and who have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing family-centered service plans. Additional experience with digital documentation systems and evidence-based intervention methodologies will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 , commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide:
