Key Responsibilities\n

  Assess and diagnose patients' mental health conditions as necessary, utilizing evidence-based tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create tailored care plans that reflect individual cultural needs and preferences.

  Implement treatment interventions aimed at supporting patients’ mental health diagnoses while continually evaluating progress and effectiveness, adjusting strategies as required.

  Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including treatment records and patient reports, adhering to both regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

  Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring that desired patient outcomes are clearly defined and actionable.

  Coordinate with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate efficient referrals, serving as an essential link between patients and necessary treatment options.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A sign-on bonus is also available to new team members.
