Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and challenges, and formulating appropriate treatment goals.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the individual needs of clients, regularly reviewing their progress and making necessary adjustments to interventions to support their growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold and maintain a full, independent license to practice, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). No provisional licenses will be considered.
