Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with patients to craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate therapeutic progress in individual, couple, and group settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention to ensure that clients in acute distress receive prompt support while coordinating efforts with a multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain diligent and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies, which includes progress notes and treatment plans.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and effective strategies to manage their mental health.

• Monitor treatment outcomes regularly, using assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify treatment plans as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
