You will benefit from a structured work schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., although occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental and emotional needs of clients and develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver effective therapy through various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting approaches as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements to safeguard client information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
