Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Board Certification in Palliative Care or equivalent experience.
• Current medical licensure in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain it.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
