Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychological, social, and emotional needs to inform individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting symptom relief and enhancing overall functionality.

• Provide various forms of therapy, including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adapting approaches to suit the clinical appropriateness for each situation.

• Collaborate with the psychiatry team and other professionals in program planning and treatment strategy development to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for each patient.

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of their biopsychosocial needs.

• Deliver case management support to assigned patients, including regular progress documentation using our electronic health records system, for which training will be provided.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights regarding patient care improvements.
