Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Pathway Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and inform the development of personalized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and grief counseling strategies tailored to the unique needs of patients in hospice care.

• Maintaining compliant and detailed clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring the confidentiality of all patients.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff to coordinate care plans and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Engaging in regular clinical supervision, case consultations, and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided and facilitate ongoing professional development.

• Providing guidance and education to patients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
