This full-time, remote role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 105,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions relevant to behavioral health, incorporating innovative strategies into your work.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients utilizing video conferencing tools, addressing a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental challenges.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific goals, preferences, and progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including treatment updates and progress notes, using our electronic health record system.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support from diverse perspectives.

• Participate in case management meetings to review client progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The principal focus of your work will be on juvenile and young adult clients, aged approximately 12 to 25. This demographic often faces unique challenges, including transitioning into adulthood, navigating educational and social pressures, and confronting mental health issues. Your role is crucial in not only managing their current mental health needs but also equipping them with the tools necessary for their future success and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active license in good standing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills and a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
