Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that inform individualized treatment plans for diverse client populations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy, using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic client care and ensure continuity of services.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous education and professional development through workshops and training, keeping up to date with the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is required.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
