Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Sharp Care Mental Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Crafting and executing individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals, strategies, and interventions to promote client well-being.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning to those in acute distress, ensuring client safety at all times.

• Facilitating virtual group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to engage clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related effects. Our diverse clientele reflects various ages, backgrounds, and challenges, requiring you to apply your clinical skills to cater to a wide spectrum of mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are required for this position:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
