This role operates in a fully remote setting, enabling our team members to engage with clients via telemedicine while offering opportunities for in-person interactions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses when necessary using standardized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), to create individualized care plans that respect cultural diversity and the unique needs of various patient populations.

• Monitor and evaluate ongoing patient progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment strategies, ensuring interventions align with each patient’s mental health diagnoses.

• Document treatment records, clinical notes, and reports accurately and promptly, leveraging technological platforms in compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with patient-specific goals and desired outcomes.

• Engage in proactive patient safety strategies and symptom-reduction measures, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
