Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping things run smoothly behind the scenes while supporting a busy office environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be an important part of the daily operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to the team. You will also help with organizing documents, maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and assisting with office projects when needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable multitasking. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential, as you'll be interacting with coworkers, clients, and vendors. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, word processing, and spreadsheets, are important for this role.

In this position, you'll help maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. Tasks may include ordering office supplies, coordinating meetings, filing documents, and ensuring information is kept accurate and up to date. Being proactive and willing to help wherever needed will help you succeed in this role.
