Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate tailored therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, enhancing mental health and coping strategies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, adjusted to suit each client’s therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily include underserved individuals and families confronting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will play an essential role in providing accessible, responsive mental health care to these populations, focusing on building rapport and trust within therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring a strong theoretical and practical foundation.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating strong clinical competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
