Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, accurately documenting findings.

• Design personalized treatment plans that encompass both addiction issues and underlying mental health conditions, actively involving clients in their care strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy groups, employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, to provide integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients' family members about addiction recovery processes and support systems, fostering a robust support network for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring thorough documentation of treatment progress and communications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
