Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly counseling sessions with individual clients via video chat, creating a safe and supportive online environment.

• Encourage clients to openly discuss their emotions, experiences, and challenges they face, while providing guidance and empathy.

• Assist clients in establishing and achieving their therapeutic goals, customizing approaches for their specific needs.

• Observe and analyze client behaviors that may hinder recovery, intervening with evidence-based strategies.

• Regularly assess and document client progress throughout their treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults who demonstrate low acuity needs, allowing you to provide focused and effective support. Each client is thoroughly screened before onboarding to ensure a willingness to engage constructively in therapy. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure is mandatory to practice independently as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000, which is designed to welcome you to our team. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being and that of their families. For your convenience, compensation will be provided through weekly direct deposits.
