Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, provide support for stability, and make informed decisions regarding discharge planning, if appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of clients.

• Document client interactions and maintain detailed progress notes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the presenting issues and design equitable treatment pathways.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, engaging clients in meaningful dialogue to explore their concerns and ambitions.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate care, share insights, and improve overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a wide range of clients seeking outpatient mental health support, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An unrestricted, independent, and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct mental health services.

• Proficient with technology and familiar with electronic health record systems, including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.
