Key qualifications:

• Hold an active GaPSC Teaching Educator Certificate
• Special Education General Curriculum endorsement required
• Prior experience teaching in an inclusion setting preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with general educators and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, individualized instruction for a caseload of approximately 8-9 students
• Collaborate with two teams to adapt curriculum, modify lessons, and ensure accommodations
• Implement IEPs and track student progress
• Maintain regular communication with families, support staff, and administrators
• Participate in school-based planning and meetings, including pre- and post-planning days as needed
• Model positive behavior and utilize evidence-based classroom management strategies
