Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to maintain a comfortable work-life balance while providing essential mental health services. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within standard hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments. Our remote setting emphasizes collaboration via telehealth platforms, which fosters effective communication among team members and promotes continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic alliances through active engagement and empathy.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Regularly review clients’ progress, providing updates and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Document client interactions meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facilitate continuity of care.

• Participate in individual supervision and team meetings to discuss client care strategies and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment addressing both mental and emotional health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work mainly with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and cultural competence will be crucial in tailoring your therapeutic approach to best support their needs. You will play a pivotal role in guiding clients toward recovery, empowerment, and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health practices.

• Strong critical thinking abilities combined with excellent communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms is desirable, supporting effective remote counseling practice.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

• Experience working with diverse populations, enhancing cultural sensitivity and adaptability in treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, coupled with a fee-for-service model that guarantees rates paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
