This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while maintaining a strong connection with our team through regular collaborative meetings and supervision. We work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, ensuring no weekend commitments for our employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs outlined in each patient’s treatment plan, documenting outcomes and progress according to licensing standards.

• Develop personalized psychotherapy plans with measurable goals and objectives that foster patient growth and recovery.

• Collaborate actively as a vital member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing insights and strategies to enhance the overall patient care experience.

• Serve as a resource for fellow team members by offering consultative services and sharing expertise on complex cases.

• Timely completion of all documentation, adhering strictly to licensing requirements and clinic policies.

• Act as a liaison between Clear Balance Psychiatry Clinic and external community-based treatment professionals, ensuring continuity of care and integration of services.

• Respond professionally to subpoenas and court appearances, maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, understanding its critical role in team operations and patient care continuity.

• Assist with other clinical duties as assigned, demonstrating a flexible approach to the evolving needs of the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
