Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, incorporating various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care and better health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
