Key Responsibilities\n

• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that address their unique concerns.

• Therapeutic Services: Provide counseling and therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing varying emotional and psychological challenges. Our clientele often navigates issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Your expertise will be critical in fostering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and to work towards mental health recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic practices.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
