Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing structured methods to identify concerns effectively.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities that align with clients' specific challenges and goals.

• Provide engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques suitable for each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with clients throughout their therapeutic journey, setting clear objectives and regularly monitoring their progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring ethical practices in mental health care.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development efforts, enhancing clinical skills and staying updated on best practices in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, providing support in various areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by this demographic, allowing you to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and vulnerabilities.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is mandatory.

• Proficiency in using technology, including common software applications such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHR).
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth format.

• A background in evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), is highly preferred.

• Experience working with a diverse population and an understanding of cultural sensitivities in mental health care.

• Demonstrated familiarity with our care pathways and a willingness to undergo additional training in these frameworks.
