Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions through telehealth formats, allowing clients to receive essential support in the comfort of their own homes or in-person at our hospice facility.

• Assess clients’ psychological and social needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop customized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Approach, and Solution-Focused Therapy to effectively address clients' mental health issues.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and facilitate the journey towards emotional and psychological wellness.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members to advocate for clients and coordinate comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
