Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, groups, and families facing diverse mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their unique mental health needs using established evaluation tools.

• Create, update, and implement tailored treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, case managers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Stay current with evolving mental health regulations, evidence-based practices, and local resource availability.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients during emergencies, utilizing crisis management protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, as well as families facing challenges with communication and parenting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the mental health field, providing direct client care.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to various treatment modalities.

• Proficient organizational skills for managing multiple cases and maintaining accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
