Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.

• Develop personalized therapy plans based on clients' unique circumstances, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamics, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions that encourage personal growth and emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advances in mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. As part of our comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to dental, vision, and health insurance, along with malpractice coverage.
