Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs through interviews, questionnaires, and observation, thereby developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship problems.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team including case managers, psychiatrists, and community service providers to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients, facilitating seamless transitions between different services.

• Providing crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, employing your skills and empathy to de-escalate situations and develop safety plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Possession of a master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology .

Compensation and Benefits\n
