Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical supervision across a caseload of patients with a range of psychological needs, ensuring high standards of care and support. Conduct thorough assessments, creating personalized treatment plans based on the identified needs and challenges of each individual. Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods to encourage growth and healing among clients. Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. A valid licensure in mental health counseling, such as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCSW-R, or a PsyD, is critical for this role. Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings will have an advantage. Compensation and Benefits Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
