Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and risk assessments, that inform treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with students and their families, taking into account their specific needs, backgrounds, and cultural contexts.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for individuals, groups, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and school staff to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic policies, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Educate students and families about mental health issues, empowering them with tools and skills to manage their mental health effectively.

• Continuously assess treatment outcomes and adapt treatment modalities as necessary, applying best practices in the field.

• Stay informed on the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on a diverse population of students dealing with a variey of mental health challenges. You will support children and adolescents from various backgrounds, including those who may be facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. Your culturally competent approach will play a critical role in creating a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this role is USD $80,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience, education, and geographic location.
