Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess their physical condition, capabilities, and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that include both intervention strategies and measurable goals based on patient needs.
• Administer hands-on therapy sessions incorporating various modalities and therapeutic exercises aimed at rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-management techniques to foster independence and improve treatment outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure well-rounded patient care, participating in case reviews and meetings as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our outpatient office is on patients with orthopedic issues, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and age-related conditions. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work closely with individuals aiming to regain mobility, strength, and function in their daily lives, emphasizing recovery through individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in orthopedic settings, including relevant internships or residency training.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy and conditions, alongside proficiency in clinical evaluation techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated capability in manual therapy techniques, including but not limited to joint mobilizations and soft tissue work.
• Experience with pain management modalities and rehabilitation technologies.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to lead and participate in client education workshops or community outreach initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 , alongside a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
