Restore Strength Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a member of our rehabilitation center, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to outpatient care. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique orthopedic condition, ensuring measurable and achievable goals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluation techniques, including functional mobility tests and strength assessments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as massage therapy, stretching, and exercise modalities, to alleviate pain and restore function.
• Participate in clinical teaching by mentoring interns, residents, and other staff members on best practices in physical therapy.
• Actively engage in clinical research initiatives with managerial support, aimed at enhancing therapeutic approaches and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will enable patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, improve mobility, restore strength, and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New York State Physical Therapy license is required.
• At least two years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, with an ability to create and execute effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Board certification in Orthopedic Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient progress and treatment within a fast-paced environment.
• Previous involvement in clinical teaching or mentorship programs.
