Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing effective diagnostic tools and techniques to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Provide a spectrum of therapy modalities, including individual therapy sessions with adults, utilizing solution-focused therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support services as necessary, employing effective de-escalation strategies and resources to guide clients through acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records while managing minimal paperwork, allowing you to prioritize direct patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse adult client population presenting with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing rapport and creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work towards their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
