Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments for new clients, carefully evaluating their symptoms, functioning, and daily routines to create personalized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized programs that incorporate therapeutic activities designed to integrate seamlessly into each client’s day-to-day life.

• Provide ongoing support and real-time guidance through our digital platform, offering psychoeducation and actively adjusting care strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Continuously assess client progress by analyzing engagement data and clinical assessments, optimizing care plans to meet evolving needs.

• Recognize and celebrate client successes, fostering motivation and resilience while collaboratively addressing any barriers to their engagement in the treatment process.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and clinical records in accordance with professional standards to ensure quality care delivery.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality requirements, safeguarding clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate multidisciplinary with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
