Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both office and community settings to assess and treat symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and, when necessary, arrange for comprehensive assessments to identify client needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link clients and families with crucial services, ensuring seamless communication among involved parties.

• Maintain a manageable caseload that includes assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.
\n
• Monitor client progress, ensure adherence to treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative efforts to achieve common goals and enhance service delivery.

• Document treatment outcomes and ensure timely completion of reports and data submissions related to client care.

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives by participating in organizational committees and feedback sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
